Boys BASIC Fitness & Tumbling

This class is for active boys who want to run, jump, climb, bounce, roll, flip, play games, and get stronger and faster!  With this high-energy, action-packed class, FUN is sure to  be had.  Gymnastics is a great way to improve coordination, body awareness, power, agility, and TOTAL body strength in a FUN, positive atmosphere.  Many students use these classes as cross training or off-season training for other sports/activities. 

Boys Intermediate/Advanced Fitness & Tumbling - Invitation ONLY

This class is for active boys who have mastered all the BASIC skills and want to run, jump, climb, bounce, roll, flip, play  games, and get stronger and faster!  With this  high-energy, action-packed class, FUN is sure to  be had.  Gymnastics is a great way to improve coordination, body awareness, power, agility, and TOTAL body strength in a FUN, positive atmosphere.  Many students use these classes as cross training or off-season training for other sports/activities.
