Policies & Procedures

We appreciate the fact that you are taking the time to read through our policies. They help us to maintain a high quality program.

1. Monthly Automatic Payment:

This is an on-going program, so your child is automatically re-enrolled in the next month. We will charge your account on the 23rd of the month for the following month's tuition. We ask that you keep a current email address on file.  If you are not receiving email updates and you would like to receive them, please update your email address with us.

If your autopay fails, you must update your information and make a payment by the 1st of the month or your student will be automatically removed from their class and their spot will be considered open. If you fail to return to the program after an AP failure, without submitting an out notice by the 15th of the month, your account will be billed a $25 failure fee. This fee will need to be settled before returning to our program.

Whenever you need to make a class change (changing classes, times per week, or discontinuing the program), we ask that you let us know before the 15th of the month prior to the month this change should take place. This way we have plenty of time to change your bill in our system, and staff our classes appropriately.

In order to discontinue from the program, you must submit an electronic out notice before the 15th of the month. You can fill out the electronic form at the front desk or online by clicking here. We cannot accept verbal out notices. We MUST receive the electronic out notice form by the 15th of the month!  We do NOT offer refunds.

2. Missed Classes:

Your tuition pays for a class spot, regardless of attendance. As a courtesy, TGA offers one make-up class per month when we have space in the appropriate class and when doing so does not jeopardize the safety or integrity of the class. We need 24 hour advanced notice to schedule your make-up. Walk-ins will not be allowed. We allow 30 days following a missed class to make-up the class. If a student drops from a class, all make-up classes will be immediately forfeited. Some holiday closing will result in a make-up class, while others will not. You can refer to the closing page on our web-site.

It is not required that you notify us of an absence in advance, but we do appreciate it.

3. Gymnastics Attire:

Although we highly recommend leotards for the girls in our program, gymnasts new to the sport, boys, and our youngest students (Pre-School and Parent and Me Classes) can wear athletic clothing. Athletic gear includes shorts or warm-up pants and a fitted t-shirt. Tights and/or socks should NOT be worn. Also, whenever possible, please tie back long hair and leave all jewelry at home.

4. Parking Lot & Lobby:

During peak times, the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our “students” may include young children. Drive slowly and carefully both in and around the parking lot. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car. Please be mindful of other customers waiting in the lobby. We cannot allow gymnastics, running, or rough- housing in our lobby. We do have toys and books for siblings to use, but please put them away after using them. Children should not be left alone in the lobby. If you are running late, please call us 757-493-3600.
